    Our company is active in the field of personnel sourcing for over 25 years and enables you to find an attractive and interesting position by using our comprehensive know-how and our broadly diversified network. You get direct support from your human resources manager who is in constant contact with you and your employer.
    If the customer is satisfied with your performance, it is possible to be permanently employed with the company of the employer.
    There are no disadvantages. The only difference with regard to a conventional employment relationship is that your work is not performed on our office premises, but, rather, on those of the employing company.
    The duration of employment among our customers can range from a few days to many years. This always depends on the terms and conditions of the assignments and the current requirement of the customer. However, for most part, it is long-term employment. After the end of the employment contract, your human resources manager strives to find you a position with a different customer.
    The concept of temp job only describes a condition in which a temporary worker is loaned to the customer’s company for a certain period of time. Although a part-time placement is possible in the employee hiring process, for most part, full time placements are made.
